In order to play android apps like Supercell's Clash of Clans and Uken Games' Villains on your PC you will first need to install an emulator called Bluestacks. There are other emulators that can be used but Bluestacks is by far the most stable in my opinion. Bluestacks is currently free to download.
2. Install Bluestacks. Depending on your PC the install may take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. While the "loading" screen may seem to take forever be patient as it takes some time to install. If the loading screen takes more than 30 mins there may be a problem with your PC's graphics card as this has been an issue in the past.
3. Once the install is complete you will be presented with Bluestacks' interface which may look like this depending on the version installed.
With BlueStacks installed, the first thing you'll want to do is associate a Google Account so that you can get onto the Google Play store and download apps. Go to "My Apps" and click on "1-Click Sync Setup," which will bring up a wizard interface that will guide you through the process. Basically, you'll need to either create a Google account, or sign in with your existing one.
An optional step for users with an Android smartphone or tablet is to set up BlueStacks Cloud Connect, an app that allows you to push apps from your Android device to BlueStacks, and vice versa.
Download Cloud Connect for your Android device then go to the Settings button on BlueStacks and click on "Cloud Connect". To access settings click on the * button or LED clock at the bottom right of the screen. The picture below shows what the settings menu looks like. Here you can toggle language, keyboard, date and time, volume controls, notifications, accounts, apps and contacts.

Not going into detail here on the Cloud Connect option but it's easy enough if you just follow the on-screen instructions. Here we are going to skip ahead to the installation of apps in Bluestacks.
Go to the App Search button. Type in the name of the app you're looking for, and it will search 1Mobile, Amazon, and Google Play for matches, and give you the option to install apps from any of the above three stores.
Select the app and install.
I've had pretty good results with any app I've tried to install with the exception of Total Conquest which just won't work for me. You will just have to go by trial and error. Keep in mind that Bluestacks requires a powerful enough PC or at least a good graphics card. And even then Bluestacks and some apps in the app store may decide it just doesn't like your computer.
